At Mauwell, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

If we begin shipping to additional countries, we'll update this page with the relevant delivery information.

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take a little longer during busy periods, bank holidays or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after your order has been placed.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a UK bank holiday will usually begin processing on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch email.

If you haven't received your tracking details or believe there may be an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer care team and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched, although we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

Delayed or missing orders

Although most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can happen.
